Nguyen Hong Minh serves as the Deputy General Director at UIC Insurance Company, specializing in non-life insurance. His role involves collaborating with the General Director to oversee the company's operations, managing financial, operational, and human resource tasks delegated by the General Director. He is also a Council Member and Capital Representative for BaoMinh Insurance Joint Stock Corporation in UIC.

Before joining UIC, he held the position of Deputy Director of Finance at BaoMinh Insurance Joint Stock Corporation.
